I feel you mean abdominal pain upto the chest(far left chest)
The condition can be related to some gastrointestinal or respiratory problem.
To exactly locate the origin..&suggest some ways to confirm my guessing&suggest possible manegment , I need following information.
-Is the pain related to eating(before, immediately after or after some time of eating)
-What type of pain it is?..is it burning in abdomen &chest/dull ache all the time/comes periodically
-Is it accompanied by nausea,vomitting,bloating of abdomen.
-what is your eating habit...how many times, spicy or mild, Do you smoke or drink alcohol(if yes,how much)
-Does it radiate some where else?
-Any medicines you tried?
-what is your height,weight &age?
-Any other associated symptom you note?
