There are several complications that can occur after breast augmentation surgery.
There can be anesthesia complications , bleeding, hematoma , infection of the operation wound, fluid accumulation.
Implant complications , breast pain, changes in breast and nipple sensation or persistent pain.
Additional surgeries or correction surgeries with or without implant removal.
Capsular contracture or scar formation.
Also it increases the risk of a type of non Hodgkin's lymphoma.
