Can Zitcare Cause Delayed Periods?

Question: Hi,
In april i was physically involved with my bf we didn't do intercourse but his penis touched my vagina . for precaution i took I-pill in hour. After that i got my periods in may. But now thid month my periods are late.
What can be reason?
I m taking acne treatment in which Dr has prescribed me Zitcare tablet. Is it because of this?
Or i required pregnancy test?
