Do Vegetables And Carbohydrates Help Gain Weight?

Question: I have really lost weight though health issue which have been told i really have to be calm and relax. Can i gain weight without food supplements with just vegetables and carbs, i will like to build muscle and a bit of fat atleast 10kg

Am 5'2 ft, 61kg
I don't know much about gym work but am much interested in Dumbell
About my health, i was diagnosed for Hep B but have been told i don't need medication and since my LFT and abdominal scan are all fine. I should be able to live a healthy life style. Am currently taking Liv.52 and i think it's making me very hungry
Am a bulky person and i think that's why am having long and skinny neck and i believe building muscle will make me look much more better and fitter

thanks for writing back,
It's great to know that your hepatitis is under control now...
It's not a big deal to know about gym you can join a gym with good trainer and take his help , it will take you just 15 days to learn gym.
There are supplements which DO NOT contain steroids infact most supplements there days do not contain steroids you can use them..your neck will automatically get stronger if you do gym.

start brisk walk daily , you will have to take proteins with gym along with vegetables and you will have to take carbohydrates with care. Protein weight is better than a person with weight due to fats, so join a good fitness centre and learn from your trainer things will be fine in 2-3 months you will feel fit and active.
