Dear XXXXXXX

Welcome back to Ask a Doctor service!

I understand your concern and would explain that these heart rate fluctuations are quite normal during daily activity and rest.

From the other hand, the pain that you refer is not suggestive of any cardiac issues. In my opinion it could be costochondritis or fibromyalgia.

So, try to relax and don't worry too much about it!

I think that you can continue to work out as normally, because nothing serious is going on!

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Please let me know in case of further uncertainties!

Wishing a nice weekend,

Dear XXXXXXX

These heart rate fluctuations are quite normal! As long as you have no palpitations, there is no reason to worry about!

Anyway performing regular physical activity is a good way to reduce your mean heart rate.

Hope you will find this information helpful!

Please let me know in case of further questions whenever you need!

Wishing all the best,
