Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome To Ask A Doctor Service
I have gone through your question, I understand your concern. Can you upload a photo of nails so that I am better able to help?
As per your description it could me due to subungual hemorrhage or melanoma.
Get some test done
Complete blood count
Prothrombin time
Bleeding time
Clotting time
And also you need physical examination done to rule out endocarditis, which can also lead to subungual hemorrhage.
I hope your query is clear now.
Thanks and regards

Yes that is what i said, your finger nail spots could be due to simple bleeding disorders or melanoma or endocarditis.
So need echo cardiography to rule out endocarditis.
And bleeding time, clotting time to rule out other differential diagnosis.
I hope your query is clear now.
