Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome to Ask A Doctor service
I have gone through your query and understand your concern

When did this issue start? Is she having any other symptoms like fever, abdominal pain or frequent urge to urinate?

Urine infection is treated with antibiotics. But, before commencing treatment we have to confirm the diagnosis. Kindly get her urine tested (URINE ROUTINE EXAMINATION) and get back with the result. If this suggests urine infection, we can send urine for CULTURE&SENSITIVITY TEST and start antibiotics. Until then you can give her Paracetamol 500mg tablet 2-3 times daily for any fever/abdominal pain/pain during urination. Also, let her drink plenty of fluids.

Citralka is a urine alkalinising agent, and is not indicated in simple urine infection in children.

I hope this answer will help
