Hi, My Father Has A Heart Condition And He Has

Question: Hi, my father has a heart condition and he has got his bypass surgery done in year 2004, also he has high diabetes. Recently he has been experiencing high sugar level(181 fasting and 310after meal)... Also, he is on medication for the same.

Please suggest the measures that we can take to control blood sugar. Also, recommend if he needs hospitalization.

5.jardiance

5. TSH
6. FT4
7. URINE ACR
meanwhile take care of his diet , no high calorie food, no sugars.
give him gemer DS2 twice a day along with jardiance.
