Brief Answer:
Amino acids are "proteins"
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
All three supplements namely BCAA, creatine and whey blend are in category of proteins. Taking higher amounts of these supplements can affect the kidneys. So I would advise that you build muscle mass naturally with exercise only.
We usually suggest high calorie diet (more of fats) for people who want to gain weight. But you have stated that you want to keep it within 10-12 percent, so even that is not appropriate for you.
Keeping your overall health in consideration, I will suggest that you raise a diet request and one of our dieticians can guide about how you can achieve your goals naturally.
