Brief Answer:
Hi,

Detailed Answer:
You did not write, whether you are also having some previous history of high BP or some anti-hypertensive medication etc. If it is your first reading above normal, then I will advise you to wait for some time & observe the follow up readings,at least for a few days. A reading of 130/110, is not an immediate indication to start an anti-hypertensive drug for the first time. Your systolic pressure of 130 is very much normal. Though diastolic pressure of 110 is definitely high & also your pulse pressure ( Systolic pressure-Diastolic PRESSURE) is low, still, you are advised to wait for a few days & observe the subsequent readings. If diastolic pressure is still high( >90) or/and pulse pressure is low (<25),then you are advised to see your doctor to find the cause & treatment accordingly.
About cholesterol, your LDL, is high .Normally it should be<100. Still,I will advise you to go for complete lipid profile including LDL & Triglyceride. A healthy low fat diet with adequate exercise is the key for optimum cholesterol levels. You may also need some lipolytic agent like rosuvastatin or Atorvastatin etc. to lower your lipid levels.
SGOT is normal, however,SGPT is raised. Use of alcohol, smoking & use of unnecessary unprescri
bed drugs may be avoided. Use of healthy diet with sufficient fruits & green fresh vegetables is advised for a healthy liver. You may go for a complete liver profile testing to know about the condition of your liver & treatment accordingly,if required under guidance of your doctor.
