Is Blood Glucose Level Of 93 A Cause For Concern?
Question: I have recently been diagnosed diabetic. I have not yet started any medication but has started morning walk and follow a diet plan. My recent Blood glucose level was 93 (test done at home with handheld device). What best should I do to retain this level. I don't want to start medications too early in life.
