I am sorry but I can't get the question properly so i will take it as if some thing gets stuck in esophagus is it life threatening.
Answer is no because either the thing will pass down into the gut itself you just need to drink lots of water and things like bread which can press the thing down toward stomach.Secondly if it does not help the thing would be removed by doctor in emergency room with the help of instruments.
