Posted on Wed, 4 Nov 2015
Question: I am a anxiety sufferer I have issues where i think if i play sports i will have a cardiac arrest.

Today after a few years i took part in a cricket match not too much running but i felt a lot of adrenaline in my chest area i been getting pin like pain for 1 second in chest then it dissapears. My chest felt full got a few twitches

Is this psychological or is there something wrong?

Any help would be great?

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

If you didn't do sport for a long time, then it is a physiological response of your organism. Even small run could cause such symptoms.

You shouldn't worry at all. If you start to train regularly, the symptoms will disappear gradually.

Hope I could help you

Wishing you good health
