Suffering From Pneumonia Has Diarrhea With Test Result

Question: So a 21yr old female shows up in the ED HER ecg shows vent rate of 157bpm
PR Interval 94ms
QRS Duraion 74ms
QT/QTC 272/439MS
P-R-T axes 70/88/58
P duration 80ms
RR/PP Interval 382/80ms
What would you think or do?

She can hardly wal has pneumonia, back hurts hurts to breath 4 days earlier she had fever of 105.8, and recently startedcought up phlegm streaked with blood and has diarrhea very pale walks like she is 100yrs old

Also as a child she had asthma and was prone to chest infections, the day bf the sheets I uploaded they did X-ray and found she had pneumonia

Hi,
ECG is mostly due to sinus tachycardia.
And this sinus tachycardia is mostly due to pneumonia (lung infection)
Pneumonia causes septicemia (blood infection) and this septicemia causes sinus tachycardia.
So treat primary cause, pneumonia to treat sinus tachycardia.
