Question: Pain in lower left side, also fever of 101.4 that may be more related to flu-like symptoms

Do you have diabetes or hypertension? Any bleeding in stools? Any previous history of kidney stones? Do you having vomiting?
Fever 101.4 is never normal . there is need to find the focus of the fever. Based upon the history provided it may appear due to either kidney or lower urinary tract problem but proper clinical examination is must before embarking upon any diagnosis
If I am your attending physician, after clinical examination I will get your full blood count and urine analysis. Ultrasound abdomen will be very beneficial in diagnosis.
You should meet your doctor so that you can be properly assessed
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve fever and pain.

Went to the ER they did xrays found blockage prescribed enema and liquid clean out thank you for the assist the pain got so bad I couldn't wait for the answer so I went to the ER
