Brief Answer:
Absolutely normal findings

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I am Dr Asmeet Kaur Sawhney, a dermatologist.
I have reviewed the attached photographs and your findings are absolutely normal.
These marks are simply tiny blood vessels which are visible due to thin skin of this region.
No need to worry as it is not herpes or any other STD.

Dr Asmeet

Thanks doctor

Theres a new development

A slight burnin in the urethra

Not when urinating though, that is still ok

Does this change your diagnosis at all?

I revcently moved somewhere hot from somewhere cold
Could this be a cause?

Brief Answer:
Skin findings are normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi
The skin findings are normal.
Slight Burning in the urethra can be due to change in weather.
You should increase your fluid intake and this should help but if the irritation still persists go for urinalysis.

Thabks for your response, could i just ask
Do you know anything about reiters syndrome?
My uncle has it and i know it can cause utis and genital lesions
I havent had any joint pain though
Although die to my long history if these problems with no obvious cause and countless megative urinalysis results
Could this be the culprit?
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Can't be reiter's disease

Detailed Answer:
It can't be reiter's disease as joint involvement is must for the diagnosis of reiter's disease to be made.
Other symptoms are urethritis which is symptomatic with urethral discharge or blood in urine, conjunctivitis, painless oral ulcers and specific skin lesions.
Your symptoms don't coincide with that of reiter's disease.
So no need to worry.

Brief Answer:
Get a complete urolological evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Your symptoms can be due to inflammatory prostatitis or non inflammatory chronic pelvic pain syndrome.
You need to undergo to complete evaluation like urine culture, microscopy of prostatic fluid and complete urolological evaluation to find out the exact cause of your symptoms.
I would recommend you to consult a urologist for the same.
