Brief Answer:
Looks eczema, steroid cream & antihistaminic, rule out causes of hair loss

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcaremagic
I have gone through your complaints as well as reviewed the attached photographs.
According to me she is having eczema.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend her to apply topical steroid like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected areas twice daily along with liberal application of a moisturising lotion on the entire hand and foot 2-3 times in a day for 2-3 weeks.
Along with this take antihistaminic like tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching for 2-3 weeks.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
As far as hair loss is concerned ask her to get haemoglobin, serum ferrtin levels and TSH levels checked as these are common causes of hair loss in females.
Besides this is their any history of fevers like typhoid, malaria, dengue, surgery, accidents, stress, child birth, any history of medicines and chronic diseases as all these can also cause hair loss.
All these causes need to be excluded before starting medicines for hair loss.

Dr Asmeet
