Suggest Treatment For Slight Blood In Urine Along With Pain And Burning Sensation
Question: Hi Doctor,
I am 27years old, approximately 1year back I found a 2 to 3drops of blood in my urine with pain after that I took lot of care on my health by having water on regular interval avoiding heat eatables and having juices and after one year I found a 3 more drops of blood in urine with pain yesterday, today I felt better but still burning in the tip while peeing.
Kindly advise me how to diagonise

Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have blood in urine (Hematuria) with pain in abdomen.
The pain in abdomen with hematuria strongly suggests presence of stone either in kidney or ureter.
Please consult qualified Urologist for clinical get following basic tests done to confirm the diagnosis.
1) Urine routine and culture.
2) Ultrasound scanning of abdomen and pelvis.
In the mean while start taking broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefixime along with urinary antiseptic like Nitrofurantoin twice daily and urine alkalizer thrice daily .Later on switch on to appropriate antibiotics as per culture report.
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water .To keep your urine dilute This will also help to control dysuria.
Further treatment will depend upon result of these tests and final diagnosis.

this will not be a bladder cancer and all right, I don't non smoker and non drinker as u mentioned I don't find any abdominal pain, I find the pain only in the PENIS tip
