Brief Answer:
Its a lymph node

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I appreciate you for the observation. It’s good that you’ve noticed your baby’s lymph nodes.

The lymph nodes, sometimes also called “glands,” are part of the body’s system to fight off infections. These are present in all of us.

You might feel these lymph nodes—like firm balls the size of peas—behind your child’s ears, at the back of his head, under his jaw, and in his armpits and groin. But there is no need to worry if they are painless, less than 1 cm in diameter, 1-2 in number and with normal overlying skin and asymptomatic baby.

So, stay calm and there is absolutely no need to visit a pediatrician for this finding.

Hopefully this will help you.
Take care
