Hello dear.

The use of Rituximab drug in PANDAS condition is still under investigation and experimental in nature and we don't have enough records. So it's difficult to comment about results.

The usual side effects in teens are same as that of adults like allergic infusion related reactions like mild chills , fever and backache.
