Question: mucous is with blood.. attack of hemostysis lasts fr 10 minutes and all is back to normal,, including breathing

first episode was a month back
till date 3 episodes strangely on fridays and lasting fr 2 days
no weight loss
no history of long cough

As you have mentioned the past history of TB, i would have done through examination and I would have asked you for sputum examination for AFB and chest X ray to rule out recurrence of TB.
I would have waited for the report and based on that I would have decided on the treatment plan.
I would suggest you to see physician for evaluation and clinical examination.
