Brief Answer:
Lab tests
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
While most low liver enzymes level results indicate a normal healthy liver, that may not always be the case. Low lever enzymes may also show up with urinary infection, inflammatory disease etc
High level of globulin are features of inflammatory disease, infection, immunodeficiency disease, etc.
Your treating doctor will be able to narrow down on the possibilities based on examination and evaluation findings.
Hope I have answered your query.
Take care
