What Causes Clear Vaginal Discharge After A Hysterectomy?

Question: Hello - I had a total hysterectomy a week ago - I managed to only relieve constipation yesterday which took a lot of effort. Tonight I am leaking clear fluid from my vagina and I'm quite concerned. Have I damaged myself going to the toilet or is this clear fluid something else? There is no real odor or color. Thank you
Brief Answer:
Mild discharge is normal.
