Brief Answer:
Need to get examined and investigated thoroughly

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern.

Tingling in feet can be due to neuropathy or radiculopathy.

The reason can be due to several factors i.e. diabetes, hypothyroidism, vitamin B 12 deficiency, renal dysfunction or paraproteinemia.

Compression of nerve root at the lumbosacral region of the spine may also cause such tingling.

You should first get examined by a neurologist and then get done nerve conduction study.

Blood tests like blood sugar, thyroid profile, vitamin B 12 level, renal function test, liver function test and immunoelectrophoresis for myeloma should be done (if at all done already, please share the reports so that I can guide you accordingly).

If required, Imaging of lumbosacral spine should be done.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
