What Causes Dark Brown Colored Urine And Pale Stools?
Question: Last night I had a white stool, it was long and round but thin. My urine is dark / brownish, I feel nauseous, my leg muscles ache, pain in my upper left stomach, under my diaphragm, and dizzy, headache, no appetite and just not feeling well. I felt this way for a few days but I only poop about once or twice a week so I haven't noticed if the color had changed until last night. The only thing I have changed is my diet. 7 days ago I stopped eating processed sugar and bad carbs. I have lost 8 pounds. I do not drink alcohol and the only drugs I take are perscriptions.. I am 54 years old and weigh 150
