Have food and water 2hrs before sleep
Keep your bedroom well ventilated and without bright light in the night
read book and listen to light music
Do not watch Tv before sleeping
keep your body hydrated
You can have hot water bath, head massage which increases the blood circulation and gives you relaxation
Have healthy diet, avoid spicy food
Do meditation, yoga to get rid of stress
Go for walk or any physical activity to get sound sleep
Do moderate exercise at least 30 min in a day.Which help you to get good sleep.
Getting drema while sleeping is common.Dont worry about it. Stop thinking of your problems or anything before sleeping , do meditation which helps you to come out from getting indifferent dreams
Medication
Are available only with doctor prescription like Tab Zolpidem, But it is not recommended to take take any tablets to get sleep.Instead follow healthy life style.
