What Causes Elevated WBC Level During Pregnancy?
Question: I just received my lab results -I am 42 and am 9 1/2 weeks pregnant after 2years of IVF . My labs show that my WBC are slightly elevated 12.2 (3.8-10.8) but my absolute eosinophils are 1098 (15-500) and my absolute neutrophils 8735 (1500-7800). My mom died of leukemia 9 years ago and of course that goes through my mind. Historically my labs were normal. I do have mild allergies -seasonal and some very mild eczema.
