Brief Answer:
No need to worry ,just a nail bed hemorrhage
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have seen the attached pictures .
First of all ,please don't worry since I don't see any signs of melanoma in the nail changes .
You have simply developed a nail bed hemorrhagic spot.Such spots can occur due to any minor trauma to the nail or nail bed . In pregnancy, since blood flow to the skin is increased, Appearence of minor hemorrhagic spots on very minor trauma is very common . Such lesions tend to slowly resolve on their own in few days .
All you need to do is to wear loose canvas shoes ,so as to avoid any further pressure or trauma to the nails .
Observe the line ,since it will change colour to purple and then slowly fade away .
You may take oral vitamin c supplements for quick resolution.

Hi, I have provided some attachments. Please review them.
Brief Answer:
Need for treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed a fungal infection in the nail and surrounding skin leading to nail destruction along with nail thickening ,discolouration and nail loss .
Apply a topical antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream over the affected areas twice daily for three weeks regularly.
For the damaged nail ,you might need a course of regular antifungals.
So the main concern is the nail infection .
I do not see any signs of melanoma or anything dangerous.
