Question: sir pls advice some medicine. I am suffering from itching and pain in between my leg fingers since 15 days. it is painful. photo is attached.

Hello.

Kindly upload an Image in "Reports Section".
Likely it is a fungal infection but I would like to have a look at it. If it is indeed a fungal infection I would suggest you to take an Oral antifungal e.g either Terbinafine Or Itraconazole or Fluconazole for 4 weeks. In addition I would also suggest you to apply a topical antifungal e.g either terbinafine 1% cream Or Luliconazole 1% cream, twice daily for 4 weeks.

Hi. I have viewed the image.

It seems like a fungal infection i.e interdigital tinea pedis. I suggest you to take an oral antifungal e.g tab. Zimig 250 mg once daily for 4 weeks. Topically you may use Betnovate GM cream, twice daily for 2 weeks. In addition you may take a tablet of cetrizine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching.

Yes, You may take itraconazole 100mg capsules instead of terbinafine 250mg but the dose of itraconazole is twice daily for 2- 4 weeks.
