Brief Answer:
Seborrheic dermatitis or contact dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us
I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist).
I have gone through your query and i have viewed the image.
I can see dark colored patches on chest. They could be due to either seborrheic dermatitis or contact dermatitis to fragrance(perfume). I suggest you to use a moderately potent topical steroid cream e.g mometasone furoate 0.1% cream (elocon cream), twice daily. In addition you may take a tablet of cetrizine 10mg once daily for itching.
Avoid perfumes or deodorants on skin.

Hi doctor
Will it spread or not in my other body parts

And the cream will not suppress it right, I mean it will go once for all.

Brief Answer:
Use cream for 3-4 weeks and then follow up

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

It seems to be a localized dermatitis. I dont think it would spread.
The cream need to be applied twice daily till it resolves which may take 3-6 weeks. You can follow up regarding further course of action.
If you were using perfumes or deodorants in this area avoid using them from now on as allergy to fragrance may present with a similar picture.

Brief Answer:
Seborrheic dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

No. Not spreading. It is not an infection. Infact face is a typical site for patches of seborrheic dermatitis. Dont worry. It would be fine with cream.

Brief Answer:
Use a moderately potent topical steroid cream

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

I suggest you to use either Elocon cream (mometasone furoate 0.1% cream) Or Flutivate cream (fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream), twice daily for this.
Don't try any home remedy for this as it might lead to irritation and redness.
