What Causes Pain Across Shoulder And Neck?

Question: I'm still having these five minutes blank out and not know what's causing it.Due to the cold weather I have had pain across my shoulders and down the neck,can this be causing them?

I have gone through your question in detail and understand your concern.

Severe pain can cause vagovagal shock leading to low blood pressure for few minutes which can cause black outs of few minutes.

However you should get your heart function test to look for heart related causes.

You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
