Brief Answer:
You are having disc herniation

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. I think you are having disc herniation in your back with nerve compression. This is causing pain in back with radiating pain in hip and butt. It is your second episode. So bed rest alone is not effective. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Get MRI of the spine to see what is the extent of nerve compression.
2.If this disc is less then 50 % then you will be benefitted from drugs and physiotherapy. You need to take Pregabalin M at night time.
3. Back muscle strengthening exercises will help in back pain. Avoid bike or any other jerky activities as it can increase disc compression and pain.
4. If compression is more then 50 %then you might need surgery. It is small procedure to remove disc and decompress nerve.
I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions. thanks

Hi,
thanks for the response.
Before 5 years when the pain started first it was at lower back and butt.
And then on ribs.
Now it is more irritating on ribs, just above kidney area and when i touch the exact middle of spine it is high. Pain on both side ribs(back side) is also becz of the reason what you said? some times the pain goes from butt to feet. Some times pain is no hands also. And some times (very rarely) at below front ribs. All these are due to disc herniation?

Brief Answer:
yes this pain is mostly due to disc problem

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Yes most of the back pain and pain radiating to leg is due to nerve compression and disc herniation. Once you will start taking Prcegablin m and physiotherapy your pain will decrease. In case your pain is not decreasing, You need to get MRI.
thanks
