Brief Answer:
Symptoms still too vague ma'am, but provided a list of possibilities

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Your symptoms are indicative of a genre of conditions, but there are still too many to point you towards one possibility, and so I would recommend laboratory investigations using a blood sample. But from the symptoms provided, I can list some of the most likely conditions:

+Lyme disease
+Viral syndrome
+Rheumatoid arthritis
+Mumps
+Side effect of medications
+Systemic lupus erythematosus
+Generalised anxiety disorder
+Sinusitis
+Dehydration
+Depression
+Iron deficiency anaemia
+Withdrawal symptoms from addiction
+Diabetes
and a few others.

I would thus recommend a doctors visit along with a mandatory blood investigation. I also hope you find my response helpful, please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
