Brief Answer:
Another attack of GERD or ulcer, upper endoscopy recommended...

Detailed Answer:
Hi my dear,

I am sorry for the health problems you are going through.

The burning, stinging pain on the upper right side of the abdomen with lots of gas indigestion and very bad smelling stools especially every time you eat or drink coffee are suggestive of hyperacidity problems of the stomach:
- GERD
- or ulcer?

Upper endoscopy recommended to determine the right diagnosis.

For the moment, I highly recommend to :
- continue antacids like Mylanta or Gaviscon; Nexium
- it is very important to follow a healthy diet: avoid coffee, spicy, oily, fried foods or any other food/drink that would trigger hyperacidity or make it worse
- have frequent meals, and small portions
- chew up slowly
- increase fluids intake
- try to walk or get more in movement to help your bowels move and digest better
- take probiotics to stabilize intestinal flora

I still advise to discuss with your doctor to run upper endoscopy.
All the best. Wish fast recovery.
