Question : I have been married for 1.5 years now and plan to start a family next year. I want to prepare my body for the same, so wanted to know what diet plan show I follow from now on, what multi vitamins should I take and so on to have a healthy baby and make my body capable of the same.

To conceive fast you should follow below advice -
-You should eat healthy and nutritious diet to maintain your weight,eat high protein and low carbohydrate and fat diet.
Add yogurt, fresh fruits and vegetables, apricot, almond and walnut.
Consume a lot of water.
-You should do again and meditation.
-Do some exercise and walk daily.
-Have folic acid tablets daily.
-Take proper sleep.
-Do alternate days sex and near ovulation.
-Do not take any stress.
