What Do These HDL And LDH Levels Indicate?

Question: when I in the military hospital they give this labs , but have to wait till march 23 to discuss this :HDL 38 and LDH 132 what this mean?

Your findings suggests normal values.
Normal LDH level range from 105-333 IU/L .
HDL value is also acceptable.
It is important to know other parameters of lipid profile like cholesterol,triglyceride,LDL level.

You may need other investigations.It is important to exclude cardiopulmonary causes due to chest tightening,it is important due to your age.

You may need investigations like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,liver function test,renal function test,complete lipid profile,urine RE/ME,chest X-ray (PA view),ultrasound of abdomen,ECG in all leads,ECHO.
You should go for walk regularly.
Take lot of fibers in your diet in the form of fruits and vegetables.
