Brief Answer:
Medicines and Physiotherapy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist, here to answer your query.

I have gone through the MRI reports which you have uploaded. The reports mention about C4-C5, C5-C6 and C6-C7 osteophyte disc complexes with compression on exiting nerve roots.

In the present case, the following sample prescription will help-

1)Tab.Etoshine-MR twice a day for 5 days.
2)Tab. Pantocid-40 mg once a day for 5 days.
3)Tab. Maxmala forte twice a day.
4)Tab. Symbal 60 mg once a day.
5)Tab.Shalcal twice a day.

You should get your serum 25 hydroxy vitamin D levels checked and if deficiency is there, should be corrected.

At the same time, exercises and physiotherapy will help.

PLEASE TAKE MEDICINES UNDER A PHYSICIAN'S GUIDANCE ONLY.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,

Brief Answer:
Not required at the moment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

Surgery will be required only if symptoms do not improve after adequate trial of medicines and physical exercises. Its really important to learn exercises from a good physiotherapist and do them regularly at home.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.
