Normal changes of pregnancy
Detailed Answer:
Hu dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I have gone through your reports and all of them are completely normal.
You are 8 weeks 5 days pregnant, and since you are in your first trimester, symptoms like backache, lethargy, tiredness, not liking any food, nausea, vomiting and feeling sick are common.
I will suggest you to have calcium rich diet including milk, curd, paneer. You should eat whatever you like in early pregnancy, however slowly as you will enter in second and third trimester, you will be relieved of these symptoms.
Lethargy and tiredness is due to hormonal changes in pregnancy, and slowly your body will adapt to it.
I suggest you not to worry, as these are normal changes of pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
