Brief Answer:
Psychological
Detailed Answer:
Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but if your kidney and liver function tests ( including Urea, creatinine, SGOT and SGPT) are normal, along with normal hepatic markers and thyroid functions tests including T3, T4 and TSH then I would recommend that you divide your meals into six small ones each containing one protein, one carbohydrates and one fruit or vegetables portion..
I would also recommend that you exercise daily to help increase your apetite.. please also get a psychological consultation to detect the cause behind your lost apetite since no physical cause was found.
I hope you find this helpful..
