Will Taking Endogest For PCOD Help Resume Menstruation Cycles?

Question: Hi doctor am XXXXXXX I have pcod problem .
Am taking treatment for pregnancy I don’t have regularl periods with non ovulating and docter gave gonal injections
It helps me egg also ruptured
Then doctor gave endogest 200
My last period was March 23th
Still I don’t have periods
with endogest 200
When will come periods are pregent conformation

If am not pregnant when will come my period and how many days will take ?
With endogest 200 getting period
March 23 my period day and
April 13 th ovulated

Check the pregnancy test once. If it comes negative then reconfirm it with Beta HCG blood test. If still it is negative then periods will come 3 days after stopping the Endogest tablet. Please confirm if you are still taking endogest tablet?

The test was positive yesterday the line was slightly visible
Today is nagitive I took the test early morning and afternoon both were nagitive
