Question: back side in left upper near arms joint I have pain as I lift box TV 10 day before. immediately I have pain as said. nas pe nas XXXXXXX gai and physiotherepiest gave me massage with machine and nas thik hui which I also felt. but pain kam hua lekin band nahi.he said muscle pain kuch days rahega. kindly you advice me as second opinion

its definitely a muscle spasm,
take rest, dont lift weight, apply diclofenac gel,take over the counter painkillers,take atleast 10 physiotherapy sessions.
