the blood pressure was 200/90 just after first dose it has gone down to 117/67

You can reduce the dose of Triolmetor to 20 mg and rest medications you can continue the same. Important thing is to keep monitoring your blood pressure and if it goes below 100/60 then hold the medication otherwise you can safely continue.
