62 Year Old, Convulsions Due To Drug Abuse, Suffering From Insomnia. What To Do ?

I am 62 year old I had convelsions & due drug abuse syndrome . I am taking eptoin , Levipil500mg 3 tablets per day, lacosam100 3 tab per day and frisum 5 one a day, Rexipra one tab, Tryptonee 10 one tab in night. For the last 2 month i am suferring from insomenis and remains distrub during night with irregular please guide me further what i could do.
