Are Amlor 10 Mg And Avandamet 2mg Effective For Hypertension And Diabetes?

I have a under medications for last five years now of the following drugs and having my blood test every 6-7 months but my physicians is saying nothing drastically is to be cautioned! Actually I was a hypertensive, diabetic patient under the care of a medical doctorin Saudi Arabia.



The following medications are being taken daily in the morning amalor 10mg, lipanthyl 200m, avandamet 2mg, glucopage, atacand plus 16 mg , aspirin 81 mg and in the evening ezetrol 10mg, ezetrol 10mg, concor 5mg



My question is what are the drugs that I need to stop or eliminate that would and and tobe considered unncessary among above ten medications a since it has been more than 5 years now.
