Are Abdominal Cramps After Using Tampons A Symptom Of Toxic Shock Syndrome?
I used a tampon while my period was light. A few hours later I began to feel sick and I had really bad cramp, so I took it out. It s the next day and I am still experiencing the same pain and sickness. Could it be toxic shock syndrome? If so what should I do?
The mild cramps without any shivering or high-grade fever are not likely to be due to toxic shock syndrome. You can take an over the counter antispasmodic and see if it helps.
