Are Celexa, Fiorinol And Topomax Safe For Chronic Headaches?

I currently take 40 mg of celexa, 200 mg of wellbutrin, fiorinol, and 100 mg of topomax for chronic headaches. Is this ok? My headaches are constant, they never subside, they are worse in the mornings, continous throughout the day, getting worse, they are in my entire head, forehead to the top of my neck. Could my medication be interacting?
