Are Localized Headaches, Lightheadedness, And Anxiety Potential Signs Of Stroke Or Aneurysm?

Hello, I am a 23 year old Caucasian male. Over the course of today and yesterday, I have experienced very localized, occasional pain in a small portion of my right temple accompanied by an occasional feeling of what I could best describe as internal swelling and subsequent flattening , sort of feels like a vein is getting clogged up and swollen and then deflates again within a matter of seconds. I also feel slightly lightheaded at the time of writing this. Am I showing early signs of a stroke/aneurysm? Should I head to the E.R.? I feel to anxious to sleep tonight and am unsure if I would be wasting the E.R. s time and resources since I m not sure if I am in danger or not. Thanks in advance!
