Are Lump In Armpit And Knee Pain Side Effects Of Meloxicam?

Hi, I am currentlly taking meloxicam for neck pain. It's been 2 weeks and I have noticed the following things. Are they a result of this medication? A lump in my left arm pit appeared two days ago, it is not painful, it is the size of a hard small pea and visible. A pain in my upper back between the shoulder blades sometimes when sleeping and my joints hurt. I exercise daily, am very active and have noticed the pain in my knees when doing cardio lately. Please advise, thank you.
