Are Nausea, Diarrhea And Heart Racing Normal While On Hcg Diet?

I had Mirena placed in Febuary, and I started my Hcg drops about a week ago. Since I ve started the drops, I ve had alot of nausea, but today it became more; nausea, diareah, heart racing chest pain, fatigue... Is this a normal side effect? Or should I see a doctor soon? Thanks for your time...
