Are Pinching Feelings In Upper Side Of Stomach Signs Of Menopause ?

Hi, I have had lung cancer almost 2 years ago, had a right upper lobectomy, no further treatment needed. I am 49 years old and I think I am in menopause. my question is, I get these wierd pinching feelings in my side upper stomach, it almost feels like someone is scrubbing my insides with a sos pad.
